It’s always interesting to read about how my fellow Donut Dollies experiences parallel my own. That was the best year of my life. Forever a Donut!

We were at Bearcat at the same time. I came from Korea just before TET and stayed before transferring to Nha Trang in June. Remember the James Brown’s show?

I saw a reference to Joyce MacConnachie Kirk being honored recently in Kansas City for her work as a Donut Dolly in Vietnam. Does she live in the Kansas City area? Our Vietnam unit is having a reunion in Kansas City this summer. We would love to have her stop by so we could thank her for her work.
